• First, contrast the traditional disaster victim compensation in the U.S. with the 9/11 victim compensation fund.
• Second, evaluate the BP Deep Water Horizon compensation for victims of that disaster. What types of compensation were offered to the BP Oil Spill victims? Were those compensations sufficient to make the BP victims whole? Why or why not?
