Task:

2. Evaluate the advantages of having a diverse workforce. Discuss at least four advantages.

3. Analyze the possible conflicts that could arise due to a diverse workforce and some of the ways to overcome them. Mention at least three conflicts and three (total) strategies to overcome them.

4. Propose how a common standard of work-related behavior in a diverse workforce can be developed. For example, do the leaders need cross-cultural training? Discuss at least three strategies or tactics.

5. Compare some of the nonverbal communication methods that differ between the US workforce and other countries. Support your answer with examples. Discuss at least three items.
