II. Thoroughly evaluate the 10th Amendment of the United States Constitution. Explain how the 10th Amendment's power is derived.
Under the 10th Amendment, what are state's rights? Why has America needed the federal government to temper the power of state's rights?
Identify 3 current political issues that are utilizing state's rights arguments as the basis for states in America to oppose and to limit the rights of particular people.
Give 3 reasons why the 10th Amendment will be at the center of tension between federal and state authorities under the changing racial dynamics called "The Browning of America."
