4. Establish the importance of measurement and to highlight the proper use of statistics as a key to the "Measure" phase of the DMAIC process.

Explain the importance of projects and project management in Six Sigma using the DMAIC process. How was that process used in the case you found?
Was the training of the team addressed in the case study?
Did the structure of the team seem to contribute to the successful completion of the project? Why or why not?
Explain how the team measured its benchmarks and its success.
