Please undertake the following -

1. Select an organization/workplace of your choice whereby you are able to obtain feedback/communicate with between 3-5 employees.

2. You are required to conduct a survey of staff opinion and attitudes towards their employer/organization. Create a Staff Altitude Questionnaire, to be used to survey employees attitude and opinions in your chosen workplace/organization Note the following

• The questionnaires should include approximately 6-8 questions, of a general nature.

• Please limit your survey participants to between 3-5 employees

• Ensure that the questions that you develop identify e employee's attitudes towards the organization, work colleagues, and job/specific role, work environment, positives and negatives of the organization/workplace etc.

• Also allow for feedback questions whereby you can identify areas of improvement ardor where changes may be necessary

3. From the survey results, select a particular area of the organization that you believe requires the most urgent attention and/or prompt action Make suggestions as to what changes should be made and whom approval/authority (what managers/departments etc) vat be required to implement change?

4. Summarize your results and develop conclusions. Present your findings in a formal report to Senior Management of your selected organization. In your report also suggest ways that the organization could improve employee responses in the future (Must have Executive Summary, Table of Contents. Introduction, Man Body of Report, Recommendations, Conclusions and Appendix of Surveys with feedback from employees).
