Unions provide more than 90% of their support to Democratic candidates, yet union-heavy states tend to be undecided as to which party they support. This has caused many unions to complain that the union leaders are supporting candidates of their choosing and not those the unions support. Evaluate how the NLRB and NRLA influence union activity; develop a strategy that would ensure union leadership has a true understanding of its membership.
