Emaar Properties wants to expand their businesses into the South Korean market. However, in dynamic emerging economies like South Korea, there will be institutional voids. Please explain what the institutional void is and give solutions about how Emaar Properties can effectively overcome the major sources of institutional voids that we learned. In addition, using the CAGE distance model, evaluate each element of the CAGE model and give some advice for their successful international expansion.
