Assignment Problem: Critical Review and Evaluation of Literature on Selected Topic
Assessment Details - This assessment requires student to critically evaluate contemporary literature on HR and Communications and their application in a project environment along with its impact on project life cycle. Students are also expected to review one best practice model for project HR and Communications as well as Stakeholder Engagement and the overall impact in project management on managerial decision.
Requirements:
1. Select a peer reviewed article in the areas of Human Resource and Communications in Projects. In terms of Communications in Projects, the engagement of stakeholders is also an area to be selected and reviewed. The article selected should be within the research areas of Project Management.
2. The peer reviewed article just be selected from 2010-2020. Only peer reviewed papers not conference papers/proceedings, new reports or opinion piece.
3. Critically evaluate means you need to have a good understanding of the paper read the Abstract, Methodology, Data Analysis and Findings.
4. You need to provide constructive support and critique on the paper. Your opinions must be substantiated/supported by literature. For example, if you disagree on the finding/s, justify your thoughts with other works completed related to the paper selected.
5. This assessment is not a summary or a review of article. It is a critical evaluation of a peer reviewed article.
