Explain why each would be a good fit, analyzing their pros and cons as applied to this particular hypothetical situation and as compared to one another. This should include a brief evaluation of why the other business structures you have not selected are less appropriate or conducive to the client's business plan.
ii. Select one of your two proposed business structures. Conduct online research into your own locality or state to determine how the client would actually go about officially forming their desired business entity. Explain the process that is required, identify any applicable cost, and evaluate any challenges you see to forming the structure the client has selected for their new business.
