Utilitarianism in a way does a cost benefit analysis of each situation and help in choosing a course of action which provides least harm as compared to other alternatives.

Since it is of high important in today's competitive business environment to make all the stakeholders of the organization happy and satisfied, utilitarianism as a moral philosophy aims to create best possible win-win situation for everybody in the organization.
