There is one assessment scenario about a fictional company called J ustJobs. Read the case study provided and the write a report that addresses the 4 areas listed below
1. Identify and clearly communicate both sides of the ethical issues raised in the case study? Consider the ethical issues raised, then quickly outline both sides of each issue.
2. Consider and outline ethical approaches or strategies that could be used to address the ethical dilemmas being faced - consider the businesses aims and objectives and how these strategies impact these aims and objectives.
3. Outline a strategy framework or solution to arrive at the best final resolution for the business for these ethical issues.
4. Explain what methods of decision-making you would discard immediately and why? In your response, you will need to consider emotional and cognitive bias and how these influence the decision-making process.
