• First, please, create the "informed consent" form as an attachment to your research project.
• Second, please, explain the rationale behind using this form with your target population.
• Also, explain how you are going to approach the inclusion of human subjects as research participants from an ethical standpoint.
• Lastly, tell how you are planning to cover the ethical issues of scientific integrity, such as fraud and plagiarism.
