Prompt: Using your approach to ethical decision-making and Scriptural analysis, you will identify key ethical issues that organizations face and how people should handle these issues. Additionally, you will describe how organizations can prevent these problems by establishing an ethical culture:
Part 1: Identify at least two or three key ethical issues facing your industry (and/or one you know about) and the standard you are using to determine they are ethical issues. Explain in detail where and how they occur and the consequences of their occurrences. Include Scriptural analysis.
Part 2: Explain your approach to ethical decision-making. Using your approach, explain how leaders should handle ethical issues when they do occur.
Part 3: Clarify what you want people TO DO when faced with these ethical issues. Explain in detail how to prevent these problems by defining and building an ethical culture.
Conclude by suggesting areas of additional research on the ethical issues presented and how they can be prevented.
