Estimate the mean and standard deviation of eggs

A farmer is concerned about the number of eggs he has been collecting that are "below Weight". Hens usually begin laying eggs when they are about 6 months old. Young hens tend to lay smaller eggs, often weighing less than the desired min weight of 54g.

A certain poultry farmer finds that 8% of his eggs are underweight and that 12% weigh over 70 g. Estimate the mean and standard deviation of his eggs.

The correct answer is that the mean is 62.7 grams and the SD is 6.2 grams. However, I'd like to know how to get to that answer.
