A prescription medication comes in tablets form with dosage strengths of 5 mg, 10 mg, 20 mg, 40 mg, and 80 mg. Determine the best combination for each dose. (This is not time-release medication.) please show work if possible.
1. 60 mg daily dosage, to be given in divided doses tid.
2. 15 mg daily dosage, to be given as a single dose daily.
3. 100 mg daily dosage, to be given in divided doses qid.
4. 90 mg daily dosage, to be given in divided doses bid.
5. 90 mg daily dosage, to be given in divided doses tid.
Estimate the correct dosage (number of tablets or capsules) without working out the math.
