Substrate Affinity Constant - saturation constant (Ks) = 86 mg/l
Maintenance Coefficient (Km) = 0.2/hr
Constant concentration (mg/L) = 120

Question 2: Estimate the biomass concentration (mg/l) if in a reaction the initial biomass concentration was 30 mg/l, the growth yield is 0.4 mg/mg, and substrate concentration went from 120 mg/l to 20 mg/l

Quesytion 3: Estimate the initial substrate utilization rate (dS/dt) in the reactor for the conditions described in problem 2 using the following bacterial growth conditions
