Estimate conduction error in measurement of gas temperature

A thermocouple is placed in an exhaust pipe in a diesel engine. Thermocouple is reading 500oC, while the exhaust pipe is at a temperature of 350oC. Thermocouple used to measure the temperature of a gas flow is constructed of two bare wires. Thermal conductivity of one wire is 19.2 W/m-k and the other is 29.8 W/m-k. Heat transfer coefficient between gas and each wire is 200 w/m2-k. Estimate the conduction error in the measurement of gas temperature. The wire is 5 cm long and 1.5 mm in diameter.
