Building a Family and social service agancy proposal, what are plans could be used to “muster support” for your agency that deals with homebased and community based services? What is a stakeholder? Name and briefly discuss/describe specific stakeholders that you will likely need to consult with for your proposal. Name, describe, and discuss at least five stakeholders (they may or may not become part of your action system, but you may need to utilize these stakeholders for other reasons, such as gathering information or keeping them informed of your progress). Who in your community or what agencies do you foresee possibly collaborating with or networking with in developing your proposal? Propose four potential members for your action system (not including yourself). How might you determine the leader of the group and why? Do you think you will establish an advisory council or task force? Why or why not? How would you go about establishing such a council or task force?
