Instructions
After seeking supporting information from relevant agencies in your city or state, write an essay.
Format:
1. Introduction: Establishes what the legal business structures are and their importance for the process of developing a business.
2. Development: The development must have three individual paragraphs.
a. Identify and define in your own words each of the structures and how they operate or manifest themselves.
b. Establish at least one advantage and one disadvantage for each structure studied.
c. Provide an example of a model company for each type of structure.
d. Indicate how the business environment directly and indirectly affects the company in each example.
3. Conclusion: Conclude by discussing which legal structure you understand to be most relevant in the business environment where you might operate a business and how it can support the effectiveness and/or efficiency of the business.
