1. Without a plan, it’s hard to succeed. Successful managers set goals and determine the best ways to reach them. Successful students do the same thing. Develop a strategic plan for succeeding in this course that includes the following steps:
a. Assess your strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats as they relate to this course.
b. Establish goals and objectives, or performance targets, to direct all the activities that you’ll perform in order to earn a high grade in this course.
c. Describe tactical and operational plans for achieving your stated goals and objectives.
Your submission should be in three separate sections. Section 1 should be your SWOT. This can be in a table form if you wish. You should have a minimum of two for each. Section 2 should be your goals and objectives. Section 3 should be your tactical and operational plan.
