Problem: The EPA enforces the CAA and regulates chemical emissions ( such as refrigerants) that deplete the ozone layer. Somebody tipped off the EPA so i'm sure they"ll investigate. We might have to pay a fine? Could file a civil suit against us or against the EPA if they dont take action.
