Assume that you are a marketing director for a firm that is interested in the global market potential for a chain of coffee shops in Italy, Brazil, and India. You recognize that an understanding of the external environments in each of these potential markets is essential. First, decide which environmental factors are most important to your business. Then, use your library to gather information about the environments of each of these countries. If possible, talk with someone who is from that country or who has visited that country. Finally, tell how the differences among the environments might affect marketing strategies for coffee shops. Develop a report for your class.
