The overall approach will be to analyze an enterprise-wide system in Hotel Management. You will be graded on technical value of the topic, understanding of the topic, critical analysis of the topic, use of analysis methodologies and tools ( like UML, ERDs, etc), spelling, grammar, citations, originality of thought, and page count. The page count does not include your bibliography page. You may include charts or graphs to illustrate a point or emphasize facts, but you must not overuse them to diminish your content. You may use either APA or MLA for the project.

Like many other industries, Enterprise-wide system has been applied to many reservation industries across the world, little research has been done to explore what hospitality derive from this system in a specific and elucidating context. This paper is put together from an in-depth study of the enterprise-wide system in Holidays Inn Hotel using multi-method of data collection. It will present and discuss findings from some of the methods and platforms used to integrate information across operations on an industry-wide basis, major success factors using this system, their competitors and what approach they might have taken as well as factors that may discourage organizations from using this system in the hospitality industry.
