Overview
As we progress in this course, we will be introduced to a variety of concepts associated with non-verbal communication. The first three chapters of our text provide us with an overview of the different categories associated with non-verbal communication.
Guidelines
Journal entry problem. Having learned about the process, the principles, and the non-verbal code categories, watch the video clip below. Identify at least three of each category: communication process, principles, and non-verbal codes.
