1. Shadow Student Protections Specialists
2. Shadow and collaborate with Student Protections Coordinators
3. Engage in Office Hours
4. Engage in UIC Research Project which aims at understanding racial, gender and disability disparities in respondent roles
5. Assist with identifying documentation challenges with District-wide reporting to the Office of Student Protections & Title IX in order to target training to enhance Administration and Student Protections School Representatives reporting skills and partnership with OSP.
6. Conduct a policy review to aid in the projects outlined in 4 and 5.
Advocate for human rights at the individual, family, group, organizational, and community system levels; and
Engage in practices that advance human rights to promote social, racial, economic, and environmental justice
