Employment Rights in California for an 18yr. old illegal Immigrant working and living here since 2008. He work was hurt @ work ,went to the Dr. so they filed workers comp. for him . and when he tried to go back to work after his drs. realeased him to but with modifications . He was told he was fired and he would have to find another4 place to live{there are about 8 men living in a house owned by the Dairy theywere told they had to move into a different house {owened by them too}all but him. And they even need to hire atleast two more people according to another worker 9they wont give him a reason for this action against him . plus he has pd taxes on every pay ck. and never pd. any overtime when deserved?
