A long jumper jumps having a velocity of around 9.7 m/s at an angle of 40 degrees above the horizontal. 9i) Find out the greatest vertical height he attains? (ii) Find out his velocity if he lands? Avoid air resistance in both cases. Employ the work-energy theorem to resolve.
