Emotional Intelligence competencies are important for today's leaders. In your paper, address the following:
1. Summarize the importance of emotional intelligence in the workplace.
2. Describe a situation in which you witnessed a leader who demonstrated emotional intelligence.
3. Describe a leader who did not demonstrate emotional intelligence.
4. Summarize his or her behaviors/actions and how those behaviors impacted the workplace.
