Justification for Subtopics:

These subtopics were selected because extreme weather in Pasquotank County can disrupt daily life very quickly. Evacuation planning must focus on clear routes, public awareness, and transportation support so residents can leave safely. Sheltering in place is also important since some people may choose or be forced to stay due to distance, finances, or mobility issues. Security measures help protect both people and property during and after the storm when emergency services are stretched thin.  Supply chain planning is necessary to avoid shortages of food, fuel, and other essentials, which often become a problem after severe weather.  Medical support topics were included to make sure both immediate injuries and longer-term health concerns are addressed, especially in rural or hard-to-reach areas. This outline helps create a more practical and community-focused response plan. Need Assignment Help?

Briefing Project / Presentation Overview:

Your Briefing Project will be presented in Microsoft PowerPoint (PPT) and posted to the Module 13 Discussion Board (This is also noted in Course Calendar section of the Course Syllabus).

If you've been keeping up with the last two weeks of Graded Discussions - good news, your Briefing Project is almost done!
