In this paper I'm going to discuss the problems and constitutional development of ineffective assistance of counsel, what is the Sixth Amendment right, the elements of ineffective assistance of counsel, how judges deem a person as ineffective counsel from an effective counsel, cases where defendants believed their counsel was ineffective and judges ruled them effective.
