Electron spin resonance is much like nuclear magnetic

Electron spin resonance is much like nuclear magnetic resonance except that electronic transitions are excited between atomic Zeeman levels. These experiments are done at microwave frequencies. If the electromagnetic wave has a frequency of 32 KMHz (K band) calculate the fractional difference in population between two atomic Zeeman levels

(a) at room temperature and

(b) at 4°K.
