Complete the readings for Chapters 23 (Outsourcing and Offshoring) and Chapter 24 (IT Portfolio Management) before completing this week's discussion. Provide answers to one of the following.
Explain the difference between outsourcing and offshoring. Review the RR Case Study and identify two processes that RR could outsource or offshore. Explain the benefits and the risks associated with those decisions.
Do some web research, find and briefly explain three benefits of Portfolio Management that were not included in the textbook.
