Research Johnson & Johnson (J&J). Investigate the history, especially the recent history, of J&J. Use the resources and expertise of your to do some significant outside research to uncover more information about their current situation.
1. Elaboration and justification of your Main Recommendation for short and long-term action (include a summary of pros and cons);
2. A brief Implementation section, indicating how you would implement your recommendation(s).
