Effects of conflict


You cite frank management services, stating, "the effects of conflict can be avoidance, failure to work together, verbal assault and resentment that is unhealthy for any relation since it makes the parties uncomfortable. The conflicts usually occur from the substantive issues, the procedure based and relationship based issues."
