Michael Eisner's leadership effectiveness in light of the Walt Disney leadership environment and expectations handed down from the Walt Disney era, are examined and the effectiveness of Eisener's leadership is assesed in terms of his style. Exemplification is used to reach conclusions about the quality of leadership provided by Eisner.
