Problem: Write reflection phase using "Educating healthcare providers with the skills and training to use screening tools as part of their practice facilitates the early detection of mood disorders and improves patient outcomes (Patel & Nguyen, 2022). This week, I met with my faculty mentor to discuss the project's progress, designing a PowerPoint presentation to defend, and working on submitting edits for the first draft proposal.
