Given the paper topic is : "Cost Benefit and Analysis"
Instructions:-
The paper is to contain at a minimum:
1) cover page,
2) short table of contents,
3) introduction & conclusions sections,
4) four references in the form of footnotes/endnotes, and
5) a bibliography page.
Length : 7-10 pages (excluding the cover page, table of contents, endnotes page, and bibliography page).
