Each student will prepare and submit a written analysis of a closed legal case in healthcare related law. This is not a review of an article or a story. The case analysis should include the name of the case, how and why the case came about, pertinent details, who was involved, what laws or statutes, acts, etc. pertain to this case, and how the case was decided and on what findings. Please reference all related cases, statutes, laws, etc. pertaining to this case in your reference page.
