Please review the following short answer options and select which ones you would like to address. Each short answer response must be at least 2-3 sentences long. Be mindful of spelling, grammar, and punctuation.

Select ONE of the following from Chapter 2:

1) Each method of social research comes with its own advantages and disadvantages. This means that there is not necessarily a "right" answer to the question of which method should be used for a project. Discuss the advantages and disadvantages of using ethnographic methods.

2) Every discipline that does research on humans needs a code of ethics in order to protect its research subjects. While it's easy to see that medical research could harm people if not carried out ethically, the risks associated with sociological research may seem more subtle. Describe these risks.

3) In everyday life, it is assumed that science provides access to objective truths that will never change.
