There are 2 e-journals required:
For each e-journal assignment, you should choose two important quotes from the Díaz-Rico chapter “attached”. Type each quote and provide the page number in the textbook where it can be found. Under each quote, summarize in your own words the supporting ideas that relate to the quote. Then, state why you think the idea or ideas (s) expressed in the quote are important. Finally state how each idea can be applied to your own teaching. Be careful to correctly represent the information in the textbook.
For each idea you should write at least one paragraph summarizing it and stating why it is important and one paragraph stating how you will use it in your own teaching. Express yourself clearly and provide evidence to support your statements.
Your E-journal needs to include the following:
1- You provide TWO quotes from the chapter; summarize the ideas for each quote; state why each idea is important & how it can be used in your own teaching. For each idea you write one paragraph summarizing it and stating why it is important and one paragraph stating how you will use it in your own teaching. You express your ideas clearly.
2- You provide strong reasons for why each idea is important; you state in detail how each idea can be used in your own teaching.
