Directions: This assignment intends for you to write-a business plan based on an outline ora bUsiness model. Remember that a business model is a set of planned activities designed to result in a profit in the marketplace. A business plan is a document that describes a firm's business model.

For each of the Paragraph Outline Headings in your business plan below. write a clear description of one or two short paragraphs. As a guideline, refer to the F-Commerce Business Model PDF I will email you to help craft each of your paragraphs for the outline. Each Paragraph Heading area is worth 10 points a piece for a total of 100 points.

1. Branding - what is the name and website of your company? And what. type of e-commerce company is it: B2B, B2C, 0213, C2C. Mobile or App?

2.Backstory - what is your story? And how does this back-story make your customers want to "buy into you"?

3. Product - describe your product as a solution to a problem.

4.Value proposition - why should the customer buy from you? J

5. Revenue model - how will you earn money?

6. Market opportunity - what market space do you intend to serve, and what is its-size?

7. Competitive environment - who else occupies your intended market space

8. Competitive advantage - what special advantages does your tint bring to the market space?

9: Organizational development - what types of organizational structures within the lint arc necessary to carry out the business plan?

10.Management team - what kinds of experiences and backgrounds are important for the company's leaders to have?
