Dzhokhar tsarnaev has pleaded not guilty to killing four

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev has pleaded not guilty to killing four people associated with the Boston Marathon bombings. Tsarnaev, a Muslim who identifies himself as Chechen rather than American, has written that "The U.S. Government is killing our innocent civilians. I can't stand to see such evil unpunished. We Muslims are one body, you hurt one you hurt us all." If the charges against Tsarnaev are correct, did he do anything morally wrong? Explain how a proponent of Ethical Nihilism and a proponent of Individual Ethical Relativism would separately answer this question, discuss the arguments each would give to justify his view, and evaluate the adequacy of these arguments.
