Problem:
The learning organizations uses advance technologies and knowledge management systems which include knowledge discovery, knowledge capture, knowledge sharing, and knowledge application mechanisms to disseminate knowledge. Becerra-Fernandez, Gonzalez, and Sabherwal (2004) described these knowledge processes in detail and argued that knowledge management does what is needed to get the most out of knowledge resources (p. xvii). Nonaka and Nishiguchi (2001) corroborated this argument and asserted that what knowledge management should achieve is a dynamic management of the process of creating knowledge out of knowledge.
