Question is:During the history of the Christianity as detailed in the units covered by this assignment, the shape and design of Christian church buildings went through many changes that reflect the different circumstances and needs of the Christianity at different times. Starting with the rudimentary Roman basilica, through the split between Eastern and Western Churches, through the excesses of the late Gothic period, church architects built what was needed and wanted at the time. Pick four distinct periods of the evolution of the Christian church, explain what was going on at the time, and then pick at least one Christian church built (or rebuilt) during that time and show how specific details of the design of the building respond uniquely to the Christian church's needs at that particular time. Include at least forty RED names and vocabulary terms from all six units listed above and be sure to highlight the terms in some way.
