There are many contractual arrangements for handling a project. This chapter describes the arrangements in four basic forms: design/bid/build, designlbuild, construction management, and ownerlagent. Describe the advantages and disadvantages of each of these arrangements, considering factors such as the cost, time, and level of involvement desired by the owner of the project.
