Begin this discussion with a brief description of the program you are working on in your course project. Then, drawing from your previous analysis of the program and its stakeholders, determine what should be the focus and desired outcomes of an evaluation of the program. In other words, what questions would an evaluation seek to answer about the program, and how do you think these answers can be used to justify or improve the program?
Continue with a brief discussion of the costs and benefits of the program itself and of an evaluation of the program.
