Draw your own version of a medicine wheel

Problem 1: Draw your own version of a medicine wheel. It does not have to look like this. Search online for other ideas. And make sure to label the four parts of the self.

Problem 2: List or fill each quarter with the things that you do or want/should do to help each part of the self become or stay healthy. (An example of something that i do to keep my emotional self healthy is to play games with my children.) Put at least 5 things in each quarter/part of self. I want you to really think about your own life and make this a real medicine wheel for yourself. (It might be a good reminder before the fall break coming up.)

Problem 3: Add a list (can be a separate sheet) about how would: language, land, culture, social relations with family and friends all fit within a medicine wheel for you or for an average person. Think about what we've talked about and learned through this course already and lean into this question. Tell me how/where you think these aspects are needed for a person to be well. Each of these human things i asked about (language, land,..) can fit into a few places in the wheel, but you can list or describe how they might fit into a few of the parts. Tell me how and where they fit and why.
