Recreate and furnish the attached floorplan (you may use already existing blocks to furnish the floorplan). First draw the unhatched part of the exterior wall. Offset the outside of the exterior wall by 6 inches and hatch the area as shown in the diagram. Use your own windows' dimension.

Internal wall thickness 5 inches.
External wall thickness 5 inches.

PART 3

Use annotative dimension to dimension the floorplan based on the following specifications for the dimension lines.

Create a dimension style to use with this floorplan drawing. Type Ddim that opens the dimension Style Manager. Select New and type in ESC131-DIM as the New Style Name. Select OK button.

Next, select the Lines and Arrows tab and set the first arrow to architectural tick and the size to 1/8"

Select the Text tab. Under the Text Placement, vertical, select above and under Text Alignment,
select Aligned with dimension line. Select a Text Height of 1/4".
Select the Primary Units tab. Under Unit Format select Architectural. Select OK to close the
Dimension Style Manager.
Set the model space annotation scale to 1/4"=1'.

Use annotative text for the text part. You may use the same text height as in the dimension

On Layout, delete the default viewport. Insert and fit your title block in the Layout. Make sure your title block is within the boundary broken line of the layout. Create a single new viewport to depict the floorplan. Make sure that your floorplan occupies most of the area on the viewport.

Using plot (print) save your work as .pdf (with filename Lastname_Final_A.pdf). Print the pdf file using one of the printers in the room and submit a hardcopy of your final drawing.

On Layout2, delete the default viewport. Insert and fit your title block in the Layout. Make sure your title block is within the boundary broken line of the layout.
