Married couples apply to get full housing loans of $200,000 to purchase houses. A couple who earns in excess of $10,000 per month will be given a full loan, provided the couple is married for 5 years or the couple has children from the marriage (or both).
If the married couple does not earn in excess of $ 10,000 per month, they are not given the full loan unless they have children from the marriage and are married for 5 years; in this case the couple is given half the loan amount. In all other cases, the application is rejected.
