Required:
Question 1) Draw the activity network for this project and determine ES, EF, LS, LF, TF, and AF for each activity assuming that the project needs to be completed within 50 days. Identify the Critical Path and the Critical Activities using the TF values that you calculated.
Question 2) Draw a Gantt Chart showing all the activities as bars from ES to EF. Plot the staffing requirement plot showing staffing requirements for each day assuming each activity requires one person working on it. Show how you can smooth out the staffing requirements by taking advantage of TF and AF.
